Veterans coming home can face emotional, medical and financial challenges. The Purple Heart Foundation’s mission is to lessen these trials. Purple Heart Foundation supports veterans and their families through grants and outreach programs to support combat veterans, promote patriotism, and provide service to all veterans and their families.
Our online donation platform partners with Purple Heart Foundation organizations in Houston and Plano (Texas) and in southeast Michigan.
BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF GREATER CLEVELAND
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest one-to-one mentoring organization in the country that works with volunteers, parents and families to create one-to-one mentoring relationships that defend, inspire and empower the potential that lives within every kid. DonateStuff partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland in northeast Ohio.
AMVETS
AMVETS (American Veterans) is the nation’s most inclusive Congressionally-chartered veterans service organization, representing the interests of 20 million veterans. DonateStuff partners with AMVETS to help support services to veterans and their families.
LUPUS FOUNDATION OF AMERICA
Dedicated to improving lives affected by lupus through research, education, support and advocacy. The efforts of the Lupus Foundation of America have stimulated advances in lupus research. DonateStuff partners with organizations in northeast Ohio.
RISE IN LOVE CENTER
Provides immediate resources (financial, education, employment, food, shelter) for individuals and families, helping them rise above their suffering. Our online donation platform partners with organizations in Cleveland.
THE SANCTUARY FOR SENIOR DOGS
THE SANCTUARY FOR SENIOR DOGS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, adoption, and lifelong care of senior dogs abandoned in shelters and pounds. All of our dogs live in Sanctuary-approved foster homes until a permanent home can be found.
Rescue Me Pawsome Style
The mission of Rescue Me Pawsome Style, Inc. is to shine a light on the plight of unwanted and abandoned dogs by providing them with stable and loving homes. This is accomplished via stellar relationships with our rescue partners, transport, veterinary care, fund raising, education, and the love and concern of our many fosters and adopters.
Epilepsy Foundation
The Epilepsy Foundation, in collaboration with our community and network partners, connects the people, data and resources needed to address challenging health problems associated with seizures and the epilepsies—and promotes education, policy, research and systemic change that will foster measurable and sustainable improvement for all people living with epilepsy.
Oakland County Foster Closet
In 2013, foster mom, Michele Austin decided to open up a foster closet in her own home, she wanted other families to have access to items that foster kids were in need of. She knew first hand that often times, kids enter the foster care system with nothing but the clothes on their back. She researched to see if there were any services available in her area, but there were none. As the closets began to grow, each closet decided to transition into their own 501(c)(3) entity, and in May of 2018 the Oakland County Foster Closet opened.
